The "Bakımənzilkommunlayihə" Design Institute under the Baku City Executive Power is being abolished, and new budget organizations are being established in the capital.
Medianews.az reports that concrete instructions regarding structural reforms were given to the Baku City Executive Power by the decree signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
According to the decree, the Baku City Executive Power must present proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers within two months for the establishment of new budget organizations in the capital and the abolition of the "Bakımənzilkommunlayihə" Design Institute, in coordination with the relevant ministries. Within the same period, a project for the reorganization of the "Interservice" Directorate, which serves the Diplomatic Corps and foreign representations, in accordance with the functional directions of the Baku City Executive Power, will also be submitted to the government.
Also, proposals related to the approval of the charters of institutions undergoing structural changes, the determination of the number of employees, and their new salary system must be submitted to the government within two months. This step will facilitate the application of modern management models and the elimination of bureaucratic obstacles in the execution of housing, communal, and urban planning projects in the capital.
