Although the US and Israel initiated the recent war against the country, Iran will decide how and when the war will end.
Medianews.az, referring to BAKU.WS, reports that this was stated by Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.
In a statement shared on the X platform, the minister noted that Tehran has carefully studied the failures of the US army over the past 20 years in the eastern and western directions of the region and has drawn conclusions from these experiences. He referred to the military interventions carried out against Iraq and Afghanistan in the early 2000s.
Araqchi emphasized that the strikes on the capital Tehran do not weaken the country's military capabilities.
Recall that on Saturday – February 28, Israel launched missile strikes on Iran. Later, the US declared that it carried out attacks jointly with Israel. In response, Iran fired dozens of ballistic missiles at Israel. As a result of the attacks, Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and a number of the country's high-ranking officials were killed.
