Zelenski officially mocked Putin — He signed such a decree that...

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree allowing Russia to hold a military parade on Moscow's Red Square on May 9, 2026.

The mentioned document was published on the official website of the Presidential Administration.

The published document states that the decision was made based on “multiple appeals” and negotiations conducted with the US side on May 8, 2026.

The decree emphasizes that permission for holding the parade is granted within a certain framework.

According to the document, the event is limited solely to the territory of Moscow's Red Square and is allowed to start at 10:00 Kyiv time. At the same time, the decree notes that the boundaries of the area are precisely defined and that the event is permitted only within this zone.

The information also states that Red Square has been “excluded from the plan of using Ukrainian weapons” and the coordinates of the area have been separately documented. (savashmedia.az)
