An unscheduled inspection was conducted at the "Dehli" public catering establishment owned by "Saeed And Co" LLC, located at Baku city, Sabail district, T. Əliyarbəyov street, house 9, basement.

During the inspection, it was revealed that the establishment operated under unsanitary conditions and did not comply with technological sequence principles. It was also determined that regular cleaning, disinfection, disinsection, and deratization were not carried out in the kitchen area and equipment, there was no warehouse space for storing food raw materials, and the integrity of the flooring and ceiling in the kitchen area was compromised.
The establishment's management has been issued an administrative protocol regarding the incident, and the operation of the establishment has been restricted until the deficiencies are rectified.
