On April 30, the draw ceremony for the Grand Slam judo tournament was held in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.
Medianews.az reports that based on the draw results, the first opponents of our athletes have been determined.
In the competition included in the World Judo Tour, Azerbaijan will be represented by 6 judokas in 4 weight categories. The tournament will see 240 athletes from 34 countries competing.
The qualification phase of the Dushanbe Grand Slam, which will be held from May 1-3, will start at 11:00, and the final block will begin at 16:00. The matches of the competition will be broadcast live on "JudoTV" and "CBC Sport."
